Northwest Minnesota author Kristin Eggerling will be signing copies of her book, “Breath of Wilderness” from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Ferguson Books & More, 1720 S. Washington St., in Grand Florks.
Released in April, Eggerling’s book tells the story of educator, writer and environmentalist Sigurd F. Olson, whose efforts helped establish the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in northeast Minnesota and protect the area from development.
The book is targeted to young readers ages 9 to 12, but the story should appeal to outdoors lovers of all ages.
