With a winter storm in the forecast, the North Dakota Game and Fish Department has decided to postpone the Advisory Board meeting scheduled for tomorrow night in Minto, N.D., until next Monday night, Dec. 9.
The rescheduled meeting will take place at 7 p.m. in the Minto Community Center. Look for deer hunting to figure prominently on the agenda for the meeting. Game and Fish is mandated to hold the meetings twice a year in each of the state’s advisory board districts.
As for the weather and the looming storm, the National Weather Service said blizzard conditions could develop by Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday in the Red River Valley with accumulations of 6 to 9 inches possible for all of northeast North Dakota, along with northwest and west central Minnesota. Some areas could see more than a foot of new snow by Wednesday.
